PNP HOME PAGE PNP ONLINE SERVICE DESK POLICE LOG-IN NEWS The Philippine National Police Online Most Wanted Person Registry (PNP-OMWPR) was established on June 20, 2008 to be the first central online information for the PNP and the public. It is a nationwide database of fugitives for whom arrest warrants have been issued and classified as most wanted person. This 24-hour online service is being used to alert police units and the public of the possibility that the person they are making an arrest, inquiring, working with or spotted in their community. It also provides important information that may assist police officers to ensure their safety when attempting to arrest a most wanted person. The PNP Online Most Wanted Person Registryis maintained as part of the PNP World Wide Web Site. This information may be copied and distributed, however, any unathorized alteration of any portion of their poster or details is a violation of law. Persons who make or reproduce these alterations are subject to criminal prosecution and, if convicted, shall be fined or imprisoned. Any information on this online service maybe intercepted, recorded, read, and, copied, and disclosed by and to authorized personnel for official purposes, including criminal investigations. All activity is logged with your hostname and IP address. Access or use of this online service by any person whether authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to these terms. REWARD: The PNP is offering monetary reward ("PABUYA") for information leading to the direct capture of these fugitives. View each fugitive for specific amount of reward.
UPDATE: LATEST MOST WANTED PERSON The above suspects are wanted for the kidnapping with Ransom and Double Murder of retired pilot Demosthenes CaƱete and driver Allan Garay. A warrant of arrest for De Leon and Abogado was issued by the Hon. Pedro Gutierrez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 119 of Pasay City last month. A reward of P800,000.00 for De Leon, and P500,000.00 for Abogado were offered for information that will lead to their direct capture. Six other accused in the alleged conspiracy are now detained without bail.

PNP LAUNCHES ONLINE MOST WANTED PERSON REGISTRY
The database of all Most Wanted Persons throughout the country can now be accessed in the internet as the Computer Service of the Philippine National Police launched the Online Most Wanted Person Registry.
PNP Chief Director General Avelino I Razon Jr. ordered the PNP Computer Service to put together all the most wanted persons of police field investigative and operational units on a nationwide scale.
"This 24-hour online site will be very effective in immediately alerting all police offices throughout the country as well as the public of the possibility that a person in their community is a most wanted person", said the PNP Chief.
The site includes pictures, vital information of these fugitives and the monetary reward for any information that will lead to their apprehension.
Presently topping the online most wanted list is Jose Sarmiento Panlilio alias "Bong", wanted for robbery and homicide with a P5M bounty. Panlilio is the primary suspect in the killing of brothers Ariel C Real and Albert C Gutierrez on July 15, 2003 in Calamba City, Laguna.
Computer Service Director, Police Chief Superintendent Teofilo Melliza Jr said that this online registry is part of the PNP Modernization Program that includes innovation in preventing and resolving crimes through information technology.
"The public, specially those with access to the internet are encouraged to regularly check the PNP Online Most Wanted Person Registry so they can be wary of these criminals and to report to the nearest police office any information they have on these fugitives", said General Melliza.
